1. 输入内容与本机处理

RooQi Keyboard 在设备上处理你主动输入的文字、原文草稿和译文，不将输入或译文上传给开发者服务器。App 没有账号、广告或云端聊天历史。输入语言、翻译语言、布局和相关偏好用于提供你选择的键盘功能。

1.1.0 不提供键盘录音、听写、后台录音或从主 App 导入语音草稿的入口，也不申请麦克风或语音识别权限。译文朗读是系统语音播放，不是录音。

2. Apple Translation、语音播放与系统服务

翻译使用 Apple Translation 与已准备的本机语言资源。首次下载或准备资源需要联网，由苹果系统处理；设备、语言对及系统说明决定可用性。自动翻译依据输入停顿和用户偏好，原有设置继续生效。

译文朗读使用系统声音。苹果语言资源、系统声音以及相关系统服务由 iOS 管理，其处理规则另见苹果隐私政策。

3. 完全访问与权限

基础输入无需完全访问。iOS 18 的键盘翻译和键盘朗读需要开启完全访问；RooQi Keyboard 不使用该权限上传输入或译文。你可以在 iOS 设置中关闭完全访问并继续使用基础输入，受此权限限制的功能将不可用。

4. 保存、恢复与清除

• 文字先保留在键盘草稿中。默认情况下，普通草稿和可取回的上一句在键盘进程内存中处理，进程结束后可能丢失。
• 可选草稿恢复默认关闭。开启时在本机保留当前未完成草稿和一份上一句，24 小时有效；过期后不再用于恢复。恢复不会自动插入或重发文字。
• 你可以清空当前草稿、关闭可选恢复，或在系统中删除 App。关闭恢复后，重新打开键盘使设置生效。删除 App 会移除其本机数据；苹果语言资源由 iOS 单独管理。
• 语言、布局、翻译偏好、声音及引导设置保存在本机。其他 App 收到文字后，其副本由接收文字的 App 管理。

5. 当前输入框与其他 App

在原文框“更多”中选择输入语言和翻译语言。只有你主动点原文或译文后，草稿才插入当前输入框，随后由接收文字的 App 按其规则处理。RooQi Keyboard 不自动发送消息或提交表单。安全输入框及禁止第三方键盘的 App 受系统与宿主限制。

6. 支持邮件与联系方式

如果你发邮件给 hello@rooqi.ai，我们会收到你提供的邮箱、说明及附件，用于回应请求、排查问题及必要的支持记录保存。这与键盘输入的本机处理相互独立。

请不要提供密码、验证码或私人聊天记录；截图应先遮盖无关个人信息。你可以通过该邮箱申请查询、更正或删除主动提供的支持资料，法律要求保留的情况除外。

7. 网页访问与政策更新

本支持网站不使用广告或行为分析脚本。网页托管服务可能为提供页面和安全防护处理 IP 地址、请求时间及浏览器信息；这与 App 的本机输入处理相互独立。

政策更新会在本页标注日期；涉及新的数据用途或权限时，会按适用要求说明并征求同意。中国大陆 App 备案号：粤ICP备2022082069号-6A。

Privacy Policy

This policy covers versions 1.0.2 and 1.1.0 of the RooQi Keyboard app and its keyboard extension, provided by Shenzhen Jinji Digital Technology Co.,Ltd. Interface instructions, including language selection, refer to version 1.1.0. Privacy contact: hello@rooqi.ai.

1. Input and on-device processing

RooQi Keyboard processes the text you type, original drafts and translations on your device. It does not upload your input or translations to developer servers. The app has no accounts, ads or cloud chat history. Input and translation languages, layouts and related preferences are used to provide the keyboard features you select.

Version 1.1.0 has no keyboard recording, dictation, background recording or entry for importing voice drafts from the main app. It requests no microphone or speech recognition permission. Reading a translation aloud uses system speech playback, not audio recording.

2. Apple Translation, speech playback and system services

Translation uses Apple Translation and prepared on-device language resources. Initial download or preparation requires an internet connection and is handled by Apple. Availability depends on the device, language pair and system guidance. Automatic translation follows pauses and user preferences; existing settings remain in effect.

Translations are read aloud using system voices. iOS manages Apple language resources, voices and related system services, which are subject to Apple's privacy policy.

3. Full Access and permissions

Basic typing does not require Full Access. Keyboard translation on iOS 18 and keyboard speech playback require Full Access. RooQi Keyboard does not use this permission to upload your input or translations. You can turn Full Access off in iOS Settings and continue basic typing; features that require it will be unavailable.

4. Storage, recovery and deletion

• Text starts in the keyboard draft. By default, ordinary drafts and the retrievable previous sentence are handled in keyboard process memory and may be lost when that process ends.
• Optional draft recovery is off by default. When enabled, it retains the current unfinished draft and one previous sentence on the device for up to 24 hours. Expired content is no longer used for recovery. Recovery never automatically inserts or resends text.
• You can clear the current draft, turn off optional recovery, or delete the app in iOS. Reopen the keyboard after turning recovery off so that the setting takes effect. Deleting the app removes its local data; iOS manages Apple language resources separately.
• Language, layout, translation, voice and onboarding preferences are stored locally. The receiving app manages its own copy of any text inserted into it.

5. Other apps and text fields

Choose the input and translation languages from More in the original-text area. Only tapping the original or translated line inserts the draft into the current field. The receiving app then handles it under its own policies. RooQi Keyboard does not automatically send messages or submit forms. Secure fields and apps that disallow third-party keyboards are subject to system and host restrictions.

6. Support email and contact

If you email hello@rooqi.ai, we receive the email address, description and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, troubleshoot and retain necessary support records, separately from on-device keyboard processing.

Do not send passwords, verification codes or private conversations. Redact unrelated personal information from screenshots. You may email us to request access, correction or deletion of support information you supplied, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Website and policy changes

This support site has no advertising or behavioral analytics scripts. Hosting services may process IP addresses, request times and browser information to serve and protect the website, separately from the app's local input processing.
